Consultation

My goal is to create workplaces that support ALL employees. I utilize neurodivergent-informed, evidence-based strategies that focus on changing workplace communication. My goal is to shift the pressure and expectations from neurodivergent employees to create a framework that allows everyone to communicate easily and clearly with each other at every level within companies and organizations. I work in a team with two close colleagues who are also experts in supporting neurodivergent adults and passionate about making accessible and affirming workplaces for everyone. Alexandra Sturm, PhD, is a professor at Loyola Marymount University and Ben Schwartzman, PhD, is a professor at the Vanderbilt University Kennedy Center.
