Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy, Assessment, & Consultation

— CHILDREN & TEENS —

Does school seem harder than it should be? Is homework a nightmare for the whole family? Does your child seem smart and yet something just isn’t “clicking” academically or socially?

My practice helps children, teens, and their parents understand how their brains learn, remember, and apply information. This can help identify learning disorders, attention problems, and social differences that may be impacting your child’s ability to thrive. I want to help you and your family experience academics and social engagement as areas of success, not failure.

Additionally, if your child has a history of accommodations and is now preparing for standardized testing for college or graduate school entry, Grantz Psychological Services, Inc., offers testing to determine whether your teen qualifies for extended time on the SAT, LSAT, MCAT, GRE, and other standardized exams. We do NOT guarantee extended time but work to help you and your teen understand their strengths and weaknesses and document whether extended time is an appropriate accommodation.
