About My Practice

My Practice

My practice provides evidence-based assessment and therapy focused on client goals. I have expertise in working with neurodivergent individuals (most specifically autism and ADHD), as well as individuals with no diagnosis who are struggling and wish to better understand themselves. My goal is to help you develop insight into your strengths and needs, learn strategies to navigate your world more effectively, and develop understanding and compassion toward yourself and those around you.

An assessment will provide information regarding your areas of strength and weakness, including diagnoses that help describe the areas of difficulty you are experiencing. Targeted recommendations for next steps will be included in a written report at the end of the assessment. I want you to finish an assessment with me understanding yourself better and knowing what resources are available to help you reach your goals.

Treatment with me should feel like conversations that push you to think more deeply about yourself, your behavior, and the world around you. Sometimes I may ask you to do tasks outside of our time together for us to discuss in session. Throughout our work together I’ll want you to ask questions and give me feedback. Additionally, we can discuss whether you wish to have a specific number of sessions or to continue working until you feel ready to stop.

As a consultant I work to integrate needs and skillsets of all stakeholders to develop a universally acceptable and clear style of communication and management. My goal is to ensure all employees are successful within a neurodiverse workplace (which all workplaces are!).

My practice includes both telehealth and in-person components. My office is located in downtown Davis, California. I am fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 and ask that clients seeking in-person services are, as well. We will remain masked during in-person services, at this time.
